Would i be able to pass a fake transcript to a university?

i have an envelope from the institution i attended and have managed to make a water seal copy of my transcript with edited grades..i am a transfer and the numbers indicate that the school I'm transferring to receives roughly 2000 transfer applicants, what are the chances ill get caught or it will pass?
