Flight attendent job after high school?

I have read that a applicant needs a good amount of customer service to have a good chance of getting hired. I also read that you can apply right after high school and that some college counts as community service, does an applicant right out of high school then have a very low chance of getting the job? Or a year or two of college? Also if You speak like three languges does that help? for international flights early on in the job? Like for knowing spanish would that mean they send you to latin American countries or Spain more often? Or speaking French and Russian also to french speaking countries and Russia?
