How would i go about moving position at my Target store?

At the moment i work the backroom/logistics 4am and i want to work in the receiving area. There is already someone doing the receiving area but honestly the person struggles so sometimes i even do stuff for him. What should i say in-order for me to get that position? I want it really bad....
