How hard would it be for me to change my M.O.S. in the army?

Took the asvab,passed landed allot of combat M.O.S.s minimum 3-4years contract ..my question is how hard would it be for me to change my job if I took the asvab again while in to another MOS like logistics or is it impossible to change jobs ...
