I am thinking about joining a branch of the military but don't know if now is the time...?

I am thinking about joining the military but don't know exactly if I should now or how to go about it if I do. I am currently enrolled in college but am running out of money and it's only the end of freshman year. I got a 96 on the navy pretest in high school and honestly wasn't trying (finished in less than 15 mins.) Which branch would offer the best bonus and tuition assistance. I am a business logistics major currently with a math minor if that matters.
