I have applied for job via an online recrutiment agancy and they have come back to say I am a fitting match...?

and that they passed on my CV and details. Now that I know the name of the company offering the job should I apply again through their own website - would this show initiative and keenness, and maybe make me stand out from the other applicants or would it simply seem unprofessional.
