What is the best uni for me to do logistics master degree ?

details about me: i'm in the last term in my college which is AAST in Egypt , my gpa will be around 3.0-3.1. btw it would be better if it is in uk cause i have been there alot also i don't want a uni cost more than 20,000 $ and also i wanna know how difficult is it.
