So if my friend said this, does this mean she's annoyed with me?

Whenever my friends discuss doing something, I tend to get straight to the point, the when, where, and how much. I've got two kids and my husband works a lot so these are important questions. But it seems like every time I start asking these questions and ironing out plans for a group of friends, one of my friends bails out because she loses patience with all the back and forth I guess. It happened once we were planning an all day shopping trip and she bailed out before we finished planning. Then after we planned it, she decided to join us. I admit I wasn't too excited about that but we had a good time anyway. So we were just discussing by e-mail I dinner outing. I started asking questions and then she said "logistics logistics"....what do you think her problem is? Does she find my personality annoying or what? To me these questions are unavoidable lol
