Question for job requiters?

I do not skip over applicants with foreign sounding names. I do however look at each candidate's resume and especially their cover letter to determine how good their writing skills are. Sometimes that means that more resumes from people with foreign-sounding names get discarded, but I promise you there's a lot of people with traditional names (who could quite possibly be native English speakers) who end up in the discard bin for inability to write well.
