Pregnant employee no longer able to do the job, but wishes to stay?

there's no full pay for maternity leave. a lot of employer's don't have "light duty" work, let her go, you don't have to pay her, she is no longer able to perform the job she was hired to do. whatever law she was quoting doesn't apply to maternity leave.
