Land vs. Sea deployment duties for a U.S Navy Logistics Support SN?

I just enlisted into the navy, Logistics Supply. I am looking to take a deployment soon, but I would like to know what the different duties are on a Sea deployment, and a Land deployment. I have looked online and haven't been able to find any information on this subject specifically. Please only answer if you have had experience being deployed in this field. Thank you!
