I am prime applicant applied for Canada immigration, I am in second stage, my got pregnancy now,can she attend?

Medicals tests, does this situation stop/hold the process, do I need to show more points and funds, as I'm in second stage can I request embassy to give me time for Medical tests.. Or can I alone attend the medical tests and get the visa.
