How to get in touch with other small dog owners in my area?

My Pomchi LOVES having friends to play with. She goes crazy at my dad's house with his yorkie, lab, and gsd. Unfortunately, another dog is just not in the cards for us at this time. Aside from difficult logistics (we're moving to an apartment in NYC soon) I'm already spending every cent I have to provide the best for her and my cats and we have to have money set aside for the cats in case of illness (they're both in their late teens) I only go to my dad's once or twice, sometimes if I'm lucky 3 times a week because he's a small business owner and he's virtually never home. There are a couple small dogs we see out walking that my dog is friends with, but I'm wayyyy younger than most dog walkers and I'm kind of shy about asking for a puppy playdate. Are there any sites possibly where people are looking for friends for their dog? I'd prefer them to be small-my dog does get on fine with my dad's lab and gsd, but they're like 12 and very mellow and I'm still not crazy about letting her play with them
