Crew for a short film. Where to start?

I'm a first time writer/director trying to get a crew together for my first short film. I've been in a couple films before, but this is the first film I've written myself. I'd like to know who the first key players are when getting a crew together. I'm feeling it's the producer, but who else? I'm very frustrated trying to tackle all of the logistics of putting a film together myself. Please help. And thank you in advance.
